Our firm provides bankruptcy legal assistance to both creditors and debtors.
We represent creditors in matters including motions for relief from the automatic stay, motions regarding the use of cash collateral, motions for assumption or rejection of executory contracts, objections to claims and exemptions, motions to affirm debts and actions to avoid creditors' liens. We file proof of claims and negotiate debt repayment terms from the debtor. We also prosecute adversary proceedings challenging the discharge ability of a debtor's debt and objecting to the debtor's overall bankruptcy discharge. We handle other creditor-related bankruptcy matters as well. Our debtor services include representing clients in all aspects of Chapters 7.

Often, bankruptcy is not the only solution available and we advise clients on the practical effectiveness of filing bankruptcy as well as alternatives to bankruptcy. Our loan workout services include representing creditors and their debtors with the negotiation and restructuring of debts, lender's recovery of collateral through the use of judicial and non-judicial real and personal property foreclosure proceedings, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and the recovery of rents under deeds of trust and assignment of rents.
