Our estate planning lawyers assist clients in preparing for the management and distribution of their property upon their death or incapacity, this includes drafting their wills, trusts, health care proxies, and durable powers of attorney.
Our bankruptcy lawyers advise individuals during difficult financial times. We review each debtor’s financial situation and determine whether bankruptcy is appropriate. If bankruptcy is the best option, then we help the debtor select filing under Chapter 7 or Chapter 13. We then prepare the debtor's bankruptcy petition and oversee the entire bankruptcy procedure.

Because we are a small law firm, we provide more individualized service than a bigger firm. We are also more responsive that a big firm. Our practice has grown rapidly via referrals from a loyal client base. We primarily service clients in Detroit and Southeastern Michigan, including Wayne, Macomb, Oakland, and Washtenaw counties.
